Re: Old Roland equipment value: msg#00216music.equipment.midi-guitar
Alright. Thanks. So you think that this kind of equipment isn't really ever going to get much more money than what it does now? My main thing that got me wondering is guitars value. A friend of mine had bought a 2500$ guitar back in 1965 or something, and just a few years ago sold it for 45,000(this one however, was a brand that only made about 450 total guitars, and might be the cause for such a big difference in price). It definately went up in price. Then you look at fender stratocasters. The older ones that were made using something else(I forget what it was called) went up in price a lot too and now cost around 8000$ in horrible condition, when most fenders are only around 1000$ new. It's these kinds of things that makes me wonder if the gr-300 will go up, because it is analog and not digital. Are there any more opinions on this? I would like to sell, because I am not getting much use out of it, but reconsider when I think about they may increase in price, or simply the fact its not something everyone has or can buy easy and I have it. All the same, I never use any of it except the gr-505, and that is just for practicing for the band using the standard jack. --- In midiguitar@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx, Richard Kilpatrick <richard@xxxx> wrote: > Yes.
