RE: Gages of string with RMC pick-up

This just came up here a week or two ago. 

Most important is that different strings have different acoustic
properties-- the relationship between string guage and sustain is known,
and lighter strings have less "body". 

I'd think that at least the latter is less important for an Axon system
than for a fundameental-analysis based one. Whn I asked about RMC/Axon,
according to RMC (here, recently-- check the archive) and I'm
paraphrasing, even lighter string guages (e.g. 9-42) should be give
excellent performance.
