USB idents for IXUS-55/SD450

Hi,

According to the libgphoto2 2.1.99 source you're missing the USB ident
ident for the Canon IXUS-55 / Powershot SD450.  The following works for
me:

Udev:

        # Canon Digital IXUS 55 (PTP mode) 
        SUBSYSTEM=="usb_device", SYSFS{idVendor}=="04a9",
        SYSFS{idProduct}=="30ff", GROUP="camera"

Hotplug:

        # Canon Digital IXUS 55 (PTP mode)
        libgphoto2           0x0003      0x04a9   0x30ff    0x0000
        0x0000      0x00         0x00            0x00            0x00
        0x00               0x00               0x00000000
