Nikon 5400 and 5700: change f-stop and shutter speed: msg#00013multimedia.gphoto.devel
Hello to everybody! I've started studying and using libgphoto2 a few days ago and I'm finding it very useful both to understand how to communicate with digital cameras and to do time-lapse photography with the Nikon 5400 and 5700 cameras. I have a question about the limitations of those cameras. I've understood that it is not possible to change the f-stop, shutter speed and exposure compensation remotely because it is not supported by the cameras: can anybody confirm this? If so, I would really appreciate to have some information and maybe suggestions about which cameras do support remote change of f-stop and shutter speed. Thanks in advance for your help! -- Francesco pisuke@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx ------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by: Splunk Inc.
