something wrong with this page

i have been trying to view this page

http://webapps.prod.there.com/therecentral/there_central.xml

with mozilla 1.5 under redhat linux 9.0, but it does not display
correctly. it does work with ie, and i think it has something to do
with the fact that this xml file uses an xsl (i'm not an xml expert).

i just want to know the correct wording to tell this company what is
wrong with the site.
