mozilla.userhelp.accessibility: msg#00003mozilla.accessibility
Looking at the latest update to the proposed new newsgroup list, <http://www.mozilla.org/community/newsgroups.txt>, I see that a new userhelp group has been added, mozilla.userhelp.accessibility. In <http://weblogs.mozillazine.org/gerv/archives/007921.html>, Gerv said "mozilla.userhelp.accessibility is a user support group for those using the accessibility features of our products, according to aaronl, who requested it. He felt "mozilla.dev.accessibility" scared off users. I wasn't quite sure how to handle the situation - that was my first attempt." mozilla.dev.accessibility is still there. What's the difference between mozilla.dev.accessibility and mozilla.userhelp.accessibility? As a user support volunteer, in which situations would it be best to direct users to mozilla.userhelp.accessibility, rather than one of the product specific support groups? -- Chris Ilias - Mozilla Champion Email - 20050318@xxxxxxxx Netscape/Mozilla Links <http://ilias.ca> Mozilla Help <http://ilias.ca/mozilla/> |
