EMI2 connection and retry=1

Hi!


I use a kannel 1.2.0 with EMI2 conection to an SMSC.

Everything is works, I have one problem:

Sometimes the connection fails during operation because of network
laggs, SMSC error messages (negative ack), etc.

If I use "retry = 1" configuration setting, will kannel always try to
reopen the connection until it comes OK? No matter what the eror was?

I think yes, but not sure....
