ucp 4.0 with mobile terminating code

hi guys,

i need to ask from you something. im new at using ucp on the kannel gateway. 
our smsc provider are
rolling a connection for us which is mobile terminating with tariff class. they 
have assigned as
tariff classes for different informations subscriber would want to request. is 
the latest kannel
gateway ready for such mobile terminating sms push? they advised us that we 
should use the XSer
field to send the tariff class. this xser field would contain something as 
'0C023130'. this means
that the message contains a tariff class of '10' with a length of 2. in which 
sendsms parameter
should i add this xser value.
