Wallpaper scaling and iCalendar support

Hello,
Is there any way to turn off wallpaper scaling? First, the proportions are 
incorrect for my phone, and second I've already cropped and scaled the images 
to the size I want them.
Also, is there any way to import iCalendar data into the Calendar?
