re:LG vx3200 and volume adjustment (dB)

You will need to use Audacity to lower the sound to -6db. This will 
work for the 3200.

I installed Bitpim with no problem. Am able to install both Midi and
MP3 songs. However, the MP3's are quite loud once installed in my phone
  - (I don't think my phone speaker can handle the MP3's), and I can't
adjust the volume (in phone or through the program). I am using Bitpim
on both my Mac 10.3 and Windows XP machines and the volume adjustment
field is  inaccessable. I am using the cable that was suggested from
Radio Shack.
