I'm a new user of BitPim. So I'm not quite sure what's going on. First, I'm running the 0.7.34 version of BitPim under Windows XP Pro and trying to link with a Samsung SCH-a670 phone.
The problem: Everything seems to import correctly from the phone (I get images, ringers, memos, etc., all okay) except the Phonebook entries. All I get when I do a Get Phone Data . . . and tick the Phonebook source is a list of lines showing all fields blank except for Categories which shows "Friends" all down the page.
It looks like the software is picking up my blank entries from the phone and ignoring the phone entries that are actually being used.
Can anyone offer me any guidance as to how to make this work correctly?
