Exception error: msg#00273mobile.bitpim.user
I had to have my LG VX6000 replaced due to external speaker problems. Verizon transferred my phone book over and I am getting the attached exception error when I try to get phone from the data. The replacement phone did not have any of my speed dials and where there were more than one number for an entry it re-organized them all... I've deleted the entire phone book off of my phone, thinking that was what was wrong, but I still can't get the phone to talk with the computer... I have a lot of contacts that I'd like to have back into my phone. I also would like to upload my ring tones and wallpapers... I am running Windows XP and Bitpim 7.29 Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
