Not sure what you meant by that, can you elaborate, or better yet post a screen 
shot?

That's a bug in 0.7.29, which has been corrected and the fix will be available 
in the next release.  Actually, the action deletes only the 
highlighted/selected message (even though the display shows otherwise), if you 
exit and restart BitPim, you'd see the remaining messages.
