Based on my understanding of the spec, the prefix is arbitrary and is used to 
indicate a group/colletion of types/properties.  In this particular 
application, it is used to group a speed dial info with a phone number, and not 
all properties of a contact.

I'd suggest keying on BEGIN:VCARD and END:VCARD instead, but whatever works for 
you.
