vCards export and import have been updated to support speed dials using the 
following format:

X-BITPIM-SPEEDIAL;(123) 555-6789:10

Unless Roger objected to it, the feature will be available in the next release. 
 While I'm at it, I'll also add the extensions for wallpapers & ringtones.

X-BITPIM-WALLPAPERS:image1;image2;image3
X-BITPIM-RINGTONES:sound1;sound2;sound3

That should help you achieve your goal for now.  CSV export is straight 
forward, but import is a tad more complex.
