Re: The ringer data stays on the phone LGvx6100: msg#00237mobile.bitpim.user
Ringer names on a lg6100 need to be 20 characters or less to work. Bitpim allows 32, so just keep an eye on the name length and you'll be fine. The only way I could remove the "too long" name from my phone was to have bitpim download all ringers, delete the one with the too long name. Then send all the ringers back using the replace option. - Davin chaz branson wrote: I am running bitpim7.29 and i have a LG6100. i have sent ringers to the phone and then deleted them because they did not work. i deleted them in the bitpim program but the file names of the ringers are still on my phone. how do i delete the file completely? thank you. ------------------------------------------------------- SF email is sponsored by - The IT Product Guide Read honest & candid reviews on hundreds of IT Products from real users.
