LG6100 data stays on phone

I am running bitpim7.29 and i have a LG6100. i have sent ringers to the 
phone and then deleted them because they did not work. i deleted them in the 
bitpim program but the file names of the ringers are still on my phone. I 
have also went in to system files and deleted them there but there is still 
no change.How do i delete the file completely? thank you.
