byRequest patch for TiVo To Go (ver 7.1)

I found a patch for byRequest that will resolve the problem with TiVo
HMO 7.1 through sourceforge.  However, it looks like it's in "C" and
would have to be compiled.

Does anyone have a compiled version of this patch that is more user
friendly to install?
