Subject: Re: CVS Server

Been out of touch with the group for quite some time, but I just
re-installed it myself.

I setup the slug to use xinetd the created the entry in
/opt/etc/xinetd.d/cvspserver

The file looks like:
service cvspserver
{
disable = no
socket_type = stream
wait = no
user = root
log_type = FILE /var/log/cvspserver
protocol = tcp
log_on_failure += USERID
port = 2401
server = /usr/bin/cvs
server_args = -f --allow-root=/home/cvs pserver
}

After I setup xinetd, added this, I could then use cvs with my
CVSROOT=:pserver:dbixler-5uUgcBlA0XsHl39pQlpXfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx:/home/cvs

I had already setup a cvs user and cvsadmin group on my slug. I put the
cvs home in /home/cvs (as you could probably have guessed).

Hope that helps.

Cheers!
