CVS Server

Hi All, 

I've now spent some time trying to set up a CVS Server on my NSLU and
failed miserably :(. 

Ideally what I would like to do is set up a CVS server with SSH access
or some other secure access externally and anonymous access on my LAN.

It would only be serving me so hopefully the work load should not be
too much for my little slug. 

Has anyone managed to do this or knows how?
