I've indeed checked in the files. I cannot get them in 3.10. Ask Nail
(Oyvind). You might be able to use the ipkg from the unstable feed
(but it could be that it relies on newer libs and you would then need
to get these from the unstable feed as well, which might be quite some
hassle).

Alternately someone with a 3.10 env could build it locally and make
the ipk available.
