ipkg from bootstrap script broken for d101g/ds106

Hi,

the ipkg version in ds101-bootstrap_0.1-8_powerpc.xsh is broken, it
segfaults when it asks for a user decision, like whether to keep
or overwrite a conf file. The ipgk version in the optware repository is
fixed by me and already tested by some users. It is not possible to
do 'ipkg install ipkg', because it segfaults ;).

How to get this new ipkg version into the bootstrap script, is this a
make target? I currently have no access to my build environment. If it
is not a build target, can somebody else exchange the ipkg in the
bootstrap script?
