Any reason why these patches haven't been applied to CVS? The only
issue that was brought up was/is not introduced by this patch. I
checked both the repository at Sourceforge and the new Trac (since i'm
not sure which repository that is actually used these days) but no
changes have been done to either of the places for months.

If there is no interrest in these patches I will remove them from my
server.
