This patch removes support for IPW2200 to work around what may well
be an upstream kernel bug.

In addition, the current dsmg600 patch currently does not build. A
similar addition of #include <linux/irq.h> has to be made to dsmg600-
power.c and dsmg600-pci.c but even then the build fails with a
different error. Clearly more work is needed to fix this.
