Re: UcSlugC feed has been dropped from the autobuilder

Gave it a new shot.

There are some changes in bitbake (do_stage used to be before
do_install and is now after do_install). This broke uclibc. Fixed that.

Due to the change it is needed to start with a clean dir (so remove
ucslugc/tmp, otherwise errors occur.

Also moved ushare out for ucslugc (it didn't compile any more for
ucslugc) and commented out icecast (it is in packages/nonworking;
don't know why, but didn't want to move it without consulting the oe
people).

With these changes ucslugc builds from scratch (so after removing
ucslugc/tmp).
