Hi! My thanks for the wonderful project ...
It's much time that I'm searching for a way to produce good ascii output
at runtime from a program I'm writing.
Currently I was using AAlib, that I hacked a little so to be able to use
aview as a filter, so that
aview < inputfile.jpg > output.txt is possible.
Do you know if this can be done with cacaview? I'd be really happy to
use it as a filter and obtain color...
Also, I saw mentions in the devel list of a Perl wrapper, but couldnt
find it on CPAN - dead already?
