require latest MirMake (needed at least on Interix)
now, Interix bootstrap "almost" succeeds:
* wget isn't yet installed (no code written for that)
* cksum installation fails due to no wget installed
(why is wget in BOOTSTRAP in mirports.sys.mk?)
* cksum installation fails, but setup.ksh does not abort
need to go to the univ now, sorry, can't continue
