/var/anoncvs/anoncvs/usr is now a symbolic link to /var/anoncvs/anoncvs
since all we ever needed anyway was CHROOT/usr/bin/{cvs,rsync}.
To generate a diff of this changeset, execute the following commands:
cvs rdiff -ur1.10 -r1.11 src/etc/Makefile
cvs rdiff -ur1.7 -r1.8 src/etc/mtree/4.4BSD.dist
