reaction force for axisymmetric elements: msg#00206mathematics.abaqus.user
Dear all, I have an indentation test model, which is modeled by axisymmetric elements. The top of the model is compressed. I can get the reaction force, say RF2, output for the nodes on the top line of the elements, however, if I sum all the RF2 from the nodes, it is the reaction force of that line, not the top surface. How could I get the total reaction force of the top surface? Do I need to do any post-processing? Thanks a lot! Bob --------------------------------- Do you Yahoo!? Yahoo!
