Mhhh, harder than if it was a shell !
One problem is that the section of the beam is constant while the 3D
solid can fully deform...
I suggest you use as a first approach to use rigid trusses between
the node of the beam and the other nodes of the solid region, so that
rotation can be transmitted. The problem is then "how many nodes to
constrain", and, unfortunatly, I have no answer !
