***how to MPC a 3D beam to 3D solid***

Dear all,
I need to connect the end node of a B32 element to a node owned by a 
C3D8 solid element. The problem is that B32 beam element has both 
traslational and rotational DOFs but C3D8 solid element has only 
translational ones. Can anybody tell me how to MPC the two elements 
together so that rotation from the solid structure can be 
transferred to the beam?
