Concrete Material Model

Hi,
 
I am working on the modeling of interaction between Dowel bars and
concrete in rigid concrete pavement joints. I am having difficulty
setting up the concrete damage plasticity model. I am not able to find
any information on choosing the right values and the influence of
dilation angle in the manuals. If anyone has any info or source on this
topic please do let me know.
