If you are a currently under a support agreement, you can search the AOSS
(ABAQUS Online Support System) for "portal". This will lead you to an ABAQUS
Answer that tells you how to sign up and login to our Process Automation
Portal. This site contains what you are looking for: a forum for discussing
Python, ASI and GUI Toolkit matters. There is also a up/downloads section
for sharing and trying out various code snippets (and even some full
customized applications).
