Rotating force

Hi all,

i would like to do the following:

i've modelled a circular ring using beam elements. What i would like 
to do now is a dynamic analysis in which a force is applied to the 
ring in the radially inward direction, which rotates around the ring 
with a constant velocity. Does anybody have a clue how to do this?
