You are absolutely correct. Additionally, the ISP probably has some notice
that turning on anti-spam features may result in loss of legitimate email,
which the customer promptly forgets about.

It would not violate the first ammendment. Also, I use Razor, I also receive
Effector hence the claim of interference is not valid. A radio station has
the right of free speech, however the claim that it was being interefered
with because one of its users was too stupid to know how to tune his radio,
would not be valid.
