Lets get the facts straight here. EFF was sending out its newsletter as it has for the last 10 years like it always has and all of a sudden the newsletter is diverted into the spam folders instead of the inbox of thousands of our subscribers because Razor - through a secret and flawed process - flagged our newsletter as spam. EFF does not send out unsolicited bulk email. Never has - never will. And I ignore accusations that it is unless Razor can show me evidence that it is occurring.
