Again: documentation

Hi,

I've been spending some time on cleaning up the manual because it is 
just broken. Just wait for today's ChangeLog mail to see what happened.

In short: we can now run latex(1) and pdflatex(1) without problems. Two 
files can be found at:

  <http://mutt-ng.berlios.de/tmp/>

The TeX versions nicely demonstrates what actually is wrong about the 
manual.

But: see sig ;-)
