Again: Documentation

Hi,

Felix has contributed a simple XSLT stylesheet I further extended to 
eventually move away from plain DocBook to what we really need to avoid 
having to type all of it.

What we do from now on is described in:

and the where we need to get in:

  <http://mutt-ng.berlios.de/manual/conventions.html>

I can imagine to move away from DocBook completely in the first place to 
define tags explicitely created for this manual _not_ have this many 
bloat.

As written in these documents, this is still far from being complete. As 
I'm leaving for vacation this weekend and afterwards the new term at 
university starts, I'll have less time, AK still needs some time and 
Nico will join me at university. Read: we really need help.
