Hi Elimar and Rocco,

First I answer your questions:

1) % muttng -Q dotlock_program

dotlock_program="$muttng_bindir/muttng_dotlock"

2) I'm not member of the mail group:

% m /etc/group | grep mail
mail:x:8:Debian-exim


Secondly, I put 
set dotlock_program="$muttng_bindir/muttng_dotlock"
in my .muttngrc, and it works fine now.
