I have to build a new Debian package then, and this is quite a
problem at the moment, because fetched xsl files during the build
are not checked by a relaiable tool like md5 or something.

So please try
echo "set dotlock_program='$muttng_bindir/muttng_dotlock'" >>
muttngrc.
