svn build problem (elinks Unknown option -no-references)

I have a problem building muttng from todays
svn. I get the following
errormessage:

lots of these:
line 102 column 11 - Warning: trimming empty <p>
line 11 column 5479 - Warning: trimming empty <p>

and then:
/usr/bin/elinks -dump -no-numbering -no-references manual.html >
manual.txt
ERROR at cmdline.c:96: Unknown option

and then it stops.

my elinks does not seem to have that option and googling did not help.

Commenting out building the docs helps (I am using muttng atm) but I
would like to solve this.

I am using Ubuntu Hoary
