Is there a way to replicate this in maildrop?

(This is a procmail rule)

SENDMAILFLAGS="$SENDMAILFLAGS -FICCA_NYC_Metro -ficcanyc@xxxxxxxxxxx"

So all emails sent out use sendmail with these flags.
