Forwarding in maildrop: msg#00049mail.maildrop
Im sure this is trivial but I tried to look through the archives but they dont seem to be working. We are running Courier-IMAP with vpopmail and qmail. Under one user's mailfilter file I have the following: # Forward all offsite if (!/^X\-Loop: mail\.bway\.net/) { # Add custom header first xfilter "reformail -a'X-Loop: mail.bway.net'" to ! user@xxxxxxxxxx } The idea is to add a header to prevent mail loops. Is this the right way to forward email? We dont use sendmail so Im wondering if this is indeed correct? -- Aj. Sys.
