Duplicate mail receive

Dear All,

I installed maildrop 1.63 with qmail+ldap.
I used "deliveryprogram : /usr/bin/maildrop" to run maildrop and setup
/etc/maildroprc like as follow.

---------------------------------------------------------------------------
import HOME
DEFAULT_DEF="/var/spool/mailbox/"
DEFAULT="$HOME"

if (/^From:.*SPAM.*/)
{
        echo "Drop by Maildrop"
        EXITCODE 99
        exit
}
--------------------------------------------------------------------------

However the user always receive 2 same mails, one is deliveried by maildrop
and one is deliveried by qmail.
