Duplicate Message Problem

Hi All, 
 
One of our Helpdesk staff was uploading a users Outlook files to the Sun Server 
(using the Outlook Connector) and somehow managed to create duplicates of 
several thousand emails.
 
Does anyone have an easy method of identifying the duplicate emails from the 
back end so that they can be deleted?
