Class of Service in MS 6.x and old iDA

Hi

I am using Java ES 2005 Q1 with iDA (LDAP schema 1).

My objective is to customize my delegated admin so
that a set of users have a platinum class (more
storage, more number of atachements,...), other have a
normal class and others a bronze class (low
storage,...etc)

Is it feasible in iplanet delegated admin?
