Authentication problem in webmail after Delegated Admin Upgrade to 121581-13

Good Afternoon.

I have a distributed architecture with MMP, MeM and Message store.  
All running JES 5 and the message store is:

Sun Java(tm) System Messaging Server 6.3-1.04 (built May  9 2007; 32bit)
libimta.so 6.3-1.04 (built 00:41:36, May  9 2007; 32bit)
SunOS stor01 5.10 Generic_125100-05 sun4v sparc SUNW,Sun-Fire-T200

I installed and test all the applications and everything was working  
fine but I had specific problems using  the DA (some browser errors)  
the invited me to believe that a SW upgrade maybe resolve the  
problem. So I did the upgrade to the release 13 (I was at release 11).

The patch instructions were very simple, just a patchadd and rerun  
the config-commda script. Prior to do that, I made a ldap backup and  
began to did the installation.

The upgrade went ok and after it finished, I tested the DA without a  
problem but when I wanted to test the UWC, I can not enter and a  
configuration error appears at my browser, after that I went to test  
the messaging server and after write the username and password (press  
login button) this messages appears in my browser window:

Mail server unavailable Administrator check server log for details

Some errors also appears at imap log file:

[192.168.1.221:51403] Cannot get namespace for domain test.com: No entry

The webmail (Comm express and messaging express) are the only tools  
that were affected by this upgrade. The connections made to ports 25,  
110 and 143 are OK.

What I did wrong in the DA upgrade? Something is bad at the LDAP  
Server but I don't have a clue. The access log don't tell me anything  
(at least in my understanding).

IF I go back to the ldap backup (previous to the upgrade) the webmail  
application works again.

Somebody have an idea or where to look about this problem?
