We are really have problems now, so pls give me some advise. My supervisers are
at the moment
considering to put DBMail away because of the support on it.
Is there a way to get "better" service than the mailinglists? Like a care pack
or something. Because we
can't sell this to our customers. I will explain my problem again.

We tried to use lmtp before but we stopped using it because we are getting
other problems because the
handling of postfix (with mysql) will not go well and will bounce all mail.
It's a very critical system
for us since it hosts around 2000 domains so testing on this system is not one
of the options.
So if I understand your option about the main.cf well I put in the
"/etc/postfix/main.cf" a line like this:
dbmail-smtp_time_limit = 4000 (or something like that)
In my opinion LMTP should be working in a Postfix MySQL configuration. Or are
there any issues about it
because we won't get it to work on the right way.
