Ozgur,
You can download the packages yourself from debian.nfgd.net, but they
will *not* run on sarge, even if you do dpkg --force-depends -i them.
You can add an unstable or testing line to your sources.list, install
dbmail, let it upgrade the packages it depends on, and afterwards remove
the unstable line.
