RE: dbmail upgrade from dbmail-1.1 to dbmail 1.2.3: msg#00166mail.imap.dbmail
Hello, Your 1.1 table will work under 1.2.3. The only change I can think of in about that timeframe was an alter of the passwd field in users table from 32 to 34 chars (to support md5 hashed passwords). Check that, and alter if it's not 34, and you're good to go. ---- Original Message ---- From: armin langhofer <dbmail@xxxxxxxxxx> To: dbmail@xxxxxxxxxx Subject: [Dbmail] dbmail upgrade from dbmail-1.1 to dbmail 1.2.3 Sent: Fri, 20 Feb 2004 12:32:18 +0100 > hi > > i want to upgrade from 1.1 to 1.2.3. > > just wanted to ask if tables changed? can i simply compile 1.2.3 and > copy over existing binaries? > > best regars, armin. > > _______________________________________________ > Dbmail mailing list > Dbmail@xxxxxxxxxx > https://mailman.fastxs.nl/mailman/listinfo/dbmail > -- End Original Message -- -- Jesse Norell administrator@xxxxxxx is not my email address; change "administrator" to my first name. --
